We had a fantastic experience staying at this luxury hotel. The location was perfect for us, as it was not too far from the factory we needed to reach. The room was spacious and clean, with a high ceiling that made it feel even more luxurious. The TV had a great range of channels and the wifi was stable throughout our stay. The shower and rainshower were both perfect, with good water pressure and consistent hot water. The staff, especially Dick, were extremely helpful and made us feel welcome right from the moment we checked in. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel offered an airport shuttle service, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. The location, amenities, and quality of service make it a perfect choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Celebrated new year in a wonderful hotel with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. Loved that the room had an automatic curtain control and a cozy bed. The hotel was located near many shops, restaurants, and a Walmart. The indoor pool was never crowded, and the Wi-Fi was stable.

Had some issues with the air conditioning in the room, which seemed to be centralized and was not cool enough. , the breakfast buffet was average, and the staff could be friendlier.

I recently stayed in a hotel in the center of old town Songjiang. the location was perfect for exploring the little market area and people watching. the staff were extremely friendly and offered free drink coupons while my room was prepared. the hotel was new with clean and nicely appointed rooms. the breakfast offered was varied and satisfying, I especially enjoyed the continental breakfast.

The swimming pool and sauna were empty during Christmas, so I had it all to myself. the decor in the room was pretty good too. It was also nice to have a mall nearby to keep me entertained on the cold winter evenings.

Can't believe there was no heating in the bathroom, and there were no blankets in the room. Had to put clothes on to keep warm in the room.
